It’s easy to say God is faithful when life is going well; when those you love are safe and healthy, and peace surrounds your every step. But what about the times when we can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel; when life is so severe that even the word “hope” sounds offensive?
Receiving God’s mercy includes letting go of old hurts and pride.
God’s love involves commitment (Romans 8:35-39). Christ stands with us no matter what. Nothing can separate us from His love. He wants the very best for us.
God is right in every situation at all times. He's never wrong.
God is absolute truth. His truth doesn’t depend on a set of circumstances. Truth is true for all people everywhere all the time, regardless of the form of government they live under.
Holy can be defined as set apart from sin, and set apart to do the work of God. Because Christ died on the cross to forgive our sins, we can approach a holy God.
God is completely in charge of all the events that come into and out of our lives to accomplish His divine plans.
God knows your present. He sees what you can't yet see. He rejoices where you rejoice, and He grieves with you when you are sad.
God is present with us in all places, in every circumstance, during every conversation and every crisis.
The power that raised Christ from the dead is at work in us to accomplish more than we can imagine.
It’s possible that you know all about God, but you don’t really know who He is.
